10 Great Reasons To Keep Exercising!Many of us have asked if it really is worth while putting all that effort into exercising. The answer of course is emphatically yes. After a couple month of some serious workouts we tend to get a little bored and tired of the workout seen and start questioning if it really is worth it. Many people at this point quit and rationalize a million reasons to do so. It has to become a routing like brushing your teeth and showering. For some of us it has become a complete Lifestyle. If you try to live your life on biblical standards, it completes the Body, Mind, and Spirit trinity. We were created by God as a single unit functioning in three parts as one, sort of like the Father , Son, and Holy Ghost. Reminds me of a sermon but I’ll save that for another time.
